[Digikam-users] Getting Kipi plugins to work (rotate in particular)

I have digikam 0.9 beta 3 runnining on a Slackware 11 system.  I've
just installed Kipi plugins 0.1.2 but I still don't have the rotate
function.

What should I be checking/doing to get this to work?
