What cameras do you know about this? I know that Nikon has a GPS module for
their pro cams and there are some PDA/Smartphones and some specialists like
RICOH Caplio Pro G3 where you can plug in a CF-GPS-card. Today the normal
method I know to combine GPS and EXIF are GPS tracklog files - a simple
textfile containing date, time and positions from an external GPS receiver.
There are some programs reading the tracklog file comparing date/time
informations to EXIF date and time and then integrating the positions into
the EXIF.

:-)
Then you take your EXIF pics use a digiKam modules like Vasco da Gama for
Windows
http://www.schnittpunkt.de/Systemhaus/software/Vasco_da_Gama.htm
and create nice walk-along animations for your photo presentation movies.
:-)

Bye
