ok, ok, ok. Yes, this is implemented in... 0.9.0 only, not 0.8.x !

The implementation look over the simple idea of restoring Comments from
files :

- Comments from JFIF section, or from Exif section, or from IPTC section.
Implemented, work fine.
- Rating from IPTC. Implemented, work fine.
- Internal Time stamp from Exif or IPTC. Implemented, work fine.
- Tags form IPTC : implemented but not tested. In fact all tags are stored in
IPTC (both than database), but the restoration in database is not yet
complete. I have planed to do it for 0.9.0 final release.

This is the rule of IPTC for sharing meta-informations between applications.

The only constraint is than IPTC only support ascii char. This is can be a
problem with comments and tags. There is no solution fix IPTC about this
problem (IPTC is an oldest norme). But the future is to use XMP witch support
UTF8. This is planed when Exiv2 library will support it.
