Because digikam 0.8.1 support only raw file editing in 8 bits per color per 
pixel, i have restricted quality settings to 'q0'.

In 0.9.0, all dcraw settings are availalble !!! I can test it to compile trunk 
branch from svn. all settings are availalble in setup dialog.
