Digikam 0.8.1-3 uploaded 2 days ago to debian/sid  fixed it:

...
  * remove image/x-raw.desktop. It is now in upstream's stable branch
    of kdelibs (see http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=121242).
...

Btw. x-raw.desktop need to be removed from krita too x-raw.desktop (also
fixed in at least debian SVN). It's now in kdelibs.

I'll put in on my Kubuntu TODO list.
