libgphoto2 2.1.6 (the latest) doesn't have support for it. It might be 
possible to still access it as a generic PTP camera. get in touch with 
the gphoto2 developers and they can help you out.

suse doesn't ship the mpegencoder plugin. there might be other rpms 
which you can find on the web or you can try compiling the kipi-plugins 
(which provides the mpegencoder) from source.
