[Digikam-users] Images damaged after rotation

Hello,

I use digikam version 0.7.0 under SuSE Linux 9.2. In the past, I have 
experienced that pictures were damaged after I had rotated them. Recently I 
have updated my system via an online update. Although digikam itself was not 
updated, I have since then not been able to reproduce the effect.

Is anything known about this behaviour? What is its cause?
