Ahh.. that sounds familiar.

My package seems to be 1.1.2-2.1.

Initially I thought it was crashing with very specific photos (those from a 
specific camera). Turns out any photo can do it. When the view window opens 
and the photo is scaled between 99.0 and 99.9%, the photo becomes blurry. Or 
it crashes. The same photos that cause the crash view fine if the view window 
is smaller or larger than the size necessary to avoid the 99-99.9% scaling as 
I just described.

I think this matches bug 100894 (which I somehow missed in my searching, 
apparently) -- though the description isn't quite accurate and somewhat 
misleading.
