[Digikam-users] compile issue for .7.4

An older version is, and now was (.7.3b2).

I've installed .7.4 and that was it.  Warnings are still present, but it's 
moved onwards.

I don't know why I thought plugins could compile if the main package wasn't 
in.. sorry :)
