Suggestion/bug

Dear developer(s)
I tried, but absolutely do not understand how to submit a suggestion for improvement of Digikam (made an account etc, but landed in terms I 100% do not understand), so I do it this way.
When I try to search my astro-photo's, I search for example for the time interval 23.00 - 05.00h. But that is impossible, the uppervalue is cut off at 23.59- see below. So I have to search twice: 23.00-23.59 and 00.00-05.00h.
Is it possible to couple this, so a direct search can include the midnight moment of 00.00? Of course this creates new ‘problems’ which have to be solved, most pressing is: how to couple this with days (mon, tue, wed, etc). Suggestion: if you combine it with a day (search “everything between 2300-0500 on a night from Wednesday to Thursday” you have to make clear that the startingmoment (2300) defines the day (Wednesday)). But that is solvable, I think.
Is this a suggestion to include? Again: apologise for submitting this by using email.
Regards – André de Boer
