crash on startup: duplicate GeoTagHandler registrations

Solved it.  Turns out *everything* was inserted twice.  Presumably because I 
had the debian packages for digikam (8.1.0) installed and the code was finding 
something twice.  The issue went away after I removed the debian packages.
