Qt6 port plan : digiKam 8.0.0 and 7.x maintenance branch

Hi,

Done : qt5-maintenance branch have been created, based on master code to
release the next 7.6, 7.7, 7.8 series.

git master was merged with gsoc21-qt6-port branch and is now the code used
for next 8.0.0 release.
