Release 7.3.0...

Hi all,

I think the current master branch is mostly ready to be released at the
next stable 7.3.0.

I passed all my office conference talks for this summer and I have more
free time now.

So I propose to tag 7.3.0 this weekend, or before if possible, prepare the
announcement page and package all bundles.

Let me hear if this plan is fine for you.
