Hi Kartik,

Welcome to GSoC. Looking forward to working with you for the next 3 months.
I also agree with Gilles on that. Don't worry to address us with your
questions and cc all mentors, we are here to help.
Besides, there is a small detail that I want to remind: all your work from
now on if related to GSoC project has to be on a different branch, so that
we can use it for later evaluation. Moreover, it's easier for us to merge
all your work specific for GSoC project later. I saw a merge request from
you today, so just want to remind you beforehand :).

@Gilles Caulier <caulier.gilles at gmail.com> for branch creation, should we
or students do it?
