Hi all,

Next week, it's holidays at home. So it can be the right moment to release
6.4.0.

My TODO list :

- Restore AppImage : i don't find a way yet to use a local ICU library to
compile Qt. So we will life without ICU support in Qt for the moment.
Windows and MacOS release workflow are optimal and ready for the release,
even if MacOS package still compiled on Mojave, not Catalina.

- Complete all Clang "override" warnings. It's done to 70%.

- Update splash-screens for the release.

- Prepare the release announcement with all screenshots for new features.

- Review English words for the release announcement

- Build all bundles and publish files on the KDE server.

For the future, i don't think to release a 6.5.0 version as 7.0.0 branch is
already sync with master, compile well and run fine without critical
exception. So i propose to switch directly 7.0.0 branch and start to work
on this new code where plenty of code review/cleanup need to be done in
Face Recognition before to release a first beta before Christmas .

Voilà for the plan. All suggestions are welcome

Best

Gilles Caulier
