digikam 6.0.x and kipi-plugins

Well I don't know.

In fact a request must be open in KDE Phabricator to system admin team. As
they are busy to migrate KDE git server step by step to Gitlab, i doubt
that it will done easily from now.

We are fully detached for kipi development now, but you can ask to a team
which still use it, as KPhotoAlbum or GwenView.
