Digikam Compiled Successfully

Thanks Gilles and Sambhav for your help .Digikam is now successfully
compiled on my system .
I manage to figure out that it wasn't the issue of libexiv2-dev as it was
already installed on my system.
In fact the problem was exiv2 repo mentioned in the guide .So for new users
i would suggest that the guide is fine enough except for the exiv2
installation part and rather than installing exiv2 from the steps mentioned
in the guide use official github repo and be through README.md file in the
package for installation instructions.
