Adding percent sliders in BQM Resize

Hi,
I am working on BQM resize and trying to give features implemented in
Editor Resize Tool to BQM resize tool.
Previously, Percent sliders were not implemented in BQM resize. So, should
I create sliders(height and width both) for percent also or give the
percent option in the units combobox itself?
