icon view. You cannot changes tags assignation to move a treeview item place to
another one.

But open right sidebar in Captions & Tags. Select a tag and d&d it to icon view
: you can assign tag to items.

Also, d&d works too, between tags treeview and album treeview : just move item
to sidebar button on the left side and wait a little, the view will change
automatically. You can now drop item to assign tag to album content.
