prepare for moving kde 3 based applications for extragear branch, as we
discussed on extragear list last weeks.
The reamin issues pointed are basically solved:

- Coolo will make scripty look in a new place, so no translations will be
lost.
- Development of kde 3 applications remains, we're just making trunk as kde
4
only.

Is a good time to warn kdereview extragear oriented kde4 applications
prepare
to come to extragear too.

So, i will ask for sysadmin make extragear tree readonly at Friday 00:00 GM=
T
and will do the best to reopen new tree on Monday, so we will match the
policy of Monday breakage and fix the remaining issues of buildsystem
failures.

I would ask for help in write necessary docs about new directions on
extragear. If you willing to help, please send a private message for me.
