Setup dialog and database settings confirmation...

Hi all,

Since a while, in 6.0.0 code, opening setup dialog and change somethings
not relevant of database, ask to confirm to use DB files or to copy ones.

This is really problematic. A new scan is processed and depending of user
choice, data from DB can be lost or duplicated.

There is no reason to ask about DB if nothing have changed in this area.

Maik, few weeks ago said me that have been introduced since new DB settings
have been add to handle patterns to ignore while scanning. Did you confirm
this ?
