Future Libraw 0.19.0

Hi all,

As you must know, libraw engine is included in digiKam to demosaicing RAW
file data.

It work well and support a lots of RAW file types (more than 930 models
with last stable 0.18.8).

This last version is included in master and 6.0.0 branch... but the future
libraw 0.19.0 currently in beta stage will drop some features...

Until now, libraw is cut in 3 parts :

1. the core engine
2. an extension pack under GPL2 (mostly for Foevon sensor support form
Sigma)
3. an extension pack under GPL3 (including extra demosaicing method as
Amaze)

With next libraw 0.19.0, the 2 extension pack support will be dropped. To
support this extra code, we need to re-implement something into libraw to
plugin this extra in demosaicing process... Too weird...
