Website: digiKam Recipes update

Hello,

I forgot to backup my keys when doing a clean system install, so I lost
write access to digikam-org Git repo. :-(

I'd like to update the digikam.org website to reflect changes in the latest
revision of the digiKam Recipes book. Instead of going through rigmaroles
of re-establishing my write access, I created a patch (attached).

I'd be really grateful if someone could review and apply it.
