Disable compiling DropBox

Dropbox is now ported to the V2 API. Gilles, please test the function. Our new 
API key needed for V2 is still in developer status. And limited to a maximum 
of 500 users. For the change to production status Dropbox needs some 
information, test account, possibility to test the program etc.
