Request two documentation fixes

  Hi,

  From Catalan translation I found these mistakes:

using-setup-editor-raw.docbook
  It is not translated. Showed in English from "RAW Default Settings" to "CA 
correction as it is done during RAW conversion".

editor-color-bw.docbook
  Rename editorconvert_bwred.png to editor-convert-bwred.png into XML code.

  I hope to have the translation soon ;-)
