I'm running Digikam 5.4 (build 4:5.4.0-0ubuntu3, the distribution's version)
with Ubuntu 17.04 x64 (upgrade) and the problem has returned.

Only the GeoLocations sidebar is shown - can I get the Settings sidebar to
display on the Import window with this version?
