Thanks for your speedy response! I tried enabling writing and reading in side
car files (and to the ORF file) but this still did not make the tags visible in
the file metadata. In addition, I still cannot convert my ORF files to
JPEG-2000 using the batch queue editor. An error message pops up that says
"Failed to process item..." in red font. After, a message pops up saying "Item
processed successfully", but the file that appears in my digiKam library
doesn't contain any information or image/thumbnail for my file. Any help with
this is much appreciated.
