When I've inserted some new images in a new folder; digikam when scanning the
new folder has allocate all memory (RAM) of my system in few seconds, and as a
results the system and digikam hang.

I've not imported the images with digikam, but I've created a new folder and
copied the images with dolphin (or any other system tool).

At the moment, for me, digikam is not usable.
