Build failure

[Gilles Caulier]

This is not a compilation issue, it's a linking problem. Perhaps you need
to clean up your cmake cache and reconfigure.

Note : Using -DBUILD_TESTING=OFF will disable kxmlkipicmd compilation. It's
a test tool.
