[digikam] [Bug 371142] digikam5 does not start when SD card with photos is inserted to computer

The answer from digikam5 package maintainer is in short: Kubuntu 16 is prepared
for digikam4 and simply has no idea that digikam5 exists in the system. So tray
task tries to run not  installed digikam4 and ignores digikam5.
