There are no menu items visible in mentioned above menus.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open image editor
2.

Actual Results:  
Menus are empty.

Expected Results:  
Menu items (e.g. add text in menu decorate) should be visible and executable.

The software does not hang or crash.
