Build error with boost 1.62 + patch

Hi,

There's a bug in released Boost 1.62 that affects Digikam.  The build 
complains about not finding a function degree().

In the hopes of saving someone else time and frustration, the solution is this 
patch to boost: https://github.com/boostorg/graph/commit/
