Export dialog shows I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING for each file format and it's human
readable name in image type selection widget

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select any image in digiKam
2. Open Image editor for it (right click -> Open... or F4)
3. Select File menu -> Export... (Ctrl + Shift + E)
4. Observe image type selection widget

Actual Results:  
All items are of the following format:

PNG(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING) Image (*.png(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING))

Expected Results:  
Probably something like

PNG Image (*.png)
