[Digikam-devel] Regarding OS for digiKam

Hello.

digiKam is not properly functional on my system. So I plan to format and
system and build it again.

Would it okay to use Ubuntu instead of Kubuntu (my current Linux distro)?
(since digiKam uses many K packages and libraries)
