digikam 4.13 startup screen stops at 'loading cameras', never got an install to
work on my mavericks MBpro 7.1 (tried macports, homebrew, also straight from
package). Always stopping at 'loading cameras' except for once today : stopped
at ICC profiles. 
Program is not closing, simply not responding (I've been waiting for loong
times).
