Yes, the icons for Light Table and Editor is still missing in Breeze icon
theme. I'll report to the Breeze team. The Breeze icon theme is the standard
for KF5. Only the Breeze icon theme has all the icons needed for digiKam. I see
the icon theme option in the miscellaneous section at the moment as a
workaround for not KF5 desktops.
Which Icon theme use you on the desktop?
