Propose a patch to use ADDITIONAL_CMAKE_FLAGS in bootstrap.linux. For ex, check
if ADDITIONAL_CMAKE_FLAGS is empty. In this case use hardcoded flags, else use
ADDITIONAL_CMAKE_FLAGS instead.
