Thanks for the feedback.

Typically, there is no interaction with memory card device under Windows, as
KDE::Solid API dedicated for that as under Linux do not work under Windows.

We plan to add separated code to handle USB device notifications.

Other problem is to test here under windows : there is no real computer with
Windows, only a virtual machine. So the results can be different.
