Hello,

I've tested this issue with the latest digikam version (5.1.0) and the custom
keyboard shortcuts are restored properly if I select "More actions > Save
shortcuts to scheme" in the keyboard shortcut configuration window.  If I don't
select this option, the keyboard shortcuts aren't restored as previously
described.

I don't know if it is the intended behaviour...
