Note: there are 4 configruation not shared from libraw currently :

- Libraw use OpenMP to speed-up demosaicing.
- Libraw use RawSpeed decoders.
- Libraw use GPL2 demosicing pack.
- Libraw use GPL3 demosaicing pack.
