I don't understand this part, "left Alt key just after before to press
left/right to change icon-view item focus".

I'm quite certain this worked well in older digiKam versions.
I tried now, it's still valid in 4.10.0.

Alt+1, Alt+2 and Alt+3 assign the red/orange/green flags and each of these
leaves focus on the menu bar, so I have to press Alt again to remove focus from
the menu bar. But Alt+0 does not leave focus on the menu bar, it works
correctly.

Here is a screencast. You can see me label the images, and the focus remains on
"Browse" in the menu bar. Then I press Alt again to remove it. You can also see
that when I press Alt+0 to remove the labels, the focus does not remain on the
menu bar.
