Yes, but it lock compilation tonew KDE release.

Here KDE 4.12.5 is used in production. All code can be compiled with it, not
documentation which is... not code in fact.

Found a solution to still compatible with preview version of KDE at least >=
4.10, which is the only one available under Windows for ex.
