When tagging photos, the cursor abruptly changes to the resize symbol used to
drag a window to a different size/shape or to make columns narrower or wider.
The screen immediately freezes. Control-Alt-Delete restores the cursor and
unfreezes the screen. It also opens the Task Manager which is not needed. This
happens every five minutes or so. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Begin tagging photos using the Tags tab.

Actual Results:  
Screen freezes.

Expected Results:  
Nothing, just keep on tagging!

The Control-Alt-Delete is fine for most users but I am disabled and cannot use
the keyboard. The onscreen keyboard freezes too, so I have to call someone to
use the keyboard for me. I can't use Digikam when I am home alone which is
annoying!
