patch to process lossy transform if iMUC properties are not compatible with
lossless transforms

OHHH... wonderfull...

jpegtran included in digiKam core HAS this kind of code to check iMCU. There is
nothing complex to do...

excepted for libjpeg 6.x which do not include this code.

Here i have a patch working fine for libjpeg > 6.x. If image iMCU is not
compatible with lossless transform, lossy transform is procressed.
