Very interresting report from libjpeg team...

But they miss something in the response : how to check if the MCU boundaries
from a JPEG image is right for lossless transform ?

Note switching from lossless to lossy transform is easy to do in digiKam all
code are already in place. We just need to know to to perform test in
jpegutill.cpp, probably somewhere here :
