[Digikam-devel] Updated release plan

Hi Philip,

As usual, next digiKam release is noted in main CMakeLists.txt from
digikam/core. For 4.x serie, we plan to release one version each
month, for maintenance.

Main 5.0.0 in june 2015, if all port is done. Currently core is ported
to 85%, kipi-plugins 25%, all other shared libs to 100%. But not all
is tested for regression.
