[Digikam-devel] Disable the test?

Can we maybe disable the failing test for now? I mean
if nobody is trying to fix it, there's no point in the test
being enabled as it results just in lots of email traffic
which people will learn to ignore, which in the end is
a bad thing as it makes the CI useless.
