I have the same Problem.
Sadly the bugtracker can not directly load my backtrace info :-(

The bug:
I use Windows 7 32 bit.
Digikam 4.9.
If i click on import (toolbar) digikam crashed immediately - no chance to
import something. Same if i try it from the menu.
Tell me what info I should provide - I would be glad to help with this.
