Strange binary repository.
Look gimp application which is a huge stuff. The last package is :

http://lil.fr.packages.macports.org/gimp-app/gimp-app-2.8.2_2.darwin_13.x86_64.tbz2

size : 43Kb......

In this archive the binary executable is in
Applications/MacPorts/GIMP.app/Contents/MacOS/Gimp

size : 13Kb.....
