Patch for the slideshowloader of the advanced slideshow

The imageloader of the advanced slideshow has a problem, if the cache is used
and the filecount is equal to the cachesize. For example, if the cachesize is 5
and the slideshow contains 5 files, the fourth and the fifth picture is not
displayed.

The attached patch corrects this problem.
